Prescription drug safety & responsible supply

Drug Policy

This Drug Policy sets out the checks and responsibilities that can apply to prescription, non-prescription and controlled medicines. Read it before submitting a request, particularly the sections on verification, professional review, delivery and reporting a safety concern.

Last updated: 21 August 2026 Website: hrpharmacyus.com
Drug safety comes first

Prescription and controlled drugs are subject to required legal and safety checks

Placing an order or submitting a request does not guarantee that a drug will be prescribed, approved, dispensed, shipped or supplied. Patient safety, pharmacy judgment and applicable law take priority over order completion.

Verified

before supply where required

Unsafe requests may be refused

Important: This policy is about lawful medicines and pharmaceutical drugs. HRPharmacyUSA does not support illegal drug sales, prescription fraud, diversion, misuse, unsafe self-medication or attempts to bypass prescribing and pharmacy controls. Always follow the current product label and the directions of your licensed healthcare professional.

1

Purpose and scope of our Drug Policy

This Drug Policy applies to prescription drugs, non-prescription medicines, controlled medications, drug-related products and medication services offered or facilitated through hrpharmacyus.com. The exact rules that apply depend on the product, the patient, the dispensing pharmacy, the prescriber, the delivery destination and applicable federal and state law.

This page is intended to explain our general approach to prescription drug safety, responsible online pharmacy practices, verification and order handling. It does not replace a pharmacist's professional judgment, a prescriber's clinical decision, official drug labeling or requirements imposed by a regulator.

2

Prescription drug requirements

Prescription-only drugs will not be supplied unless the dispensing process has a valid prescription or another lawful prescribing authority that satisfies applicable requirements. Prescription drug orders may require review by a licensed prescriber, pharmacist or dispensing pharmacy before approval.

A product appearing on the website does not mean that it is suitable for every patient or available in every state. Drug availability, prescription validity and patient eligibility must be confirmed before supply.

Online pharmacy safety: U.S. consumers should use properly licensed pharmacies and should not purchase prescription drugs from websites that offer them without a valid prescription.
3

Controlled substances and high-risk medications

Controlled substances are subject to additional federal and state requirements. Depending on the drug, patient and jurisdiction, additional prescribing, identity, refill, quantity, recordkeeping, pharmacy, delivery or in-person requirements may apply.

We do not guarantee online availability of any controlled substance. Some drugs may be unavailable through online ordering, limited to certain locations, require direct communication with a licensed pharmacy or prescriber, or be excluded from delivery altogether.

For general information about federally controlled substances, see the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Controlled Substances Act resource.

4

Prohibited drug-related activity and misuse

Customers must not use our website, services, accounts or ordering process to:

  • obtain prescription drugs without a valid lawful prescription or required clinical review;
  • use another person's prescription or identity to obtain drugs;
  • submit altered, forged, stolen, duplicated or misleading prescription information;
  • conceal relevant medical, medication, allergy, pregnancy or prescribing information requested for safety;
  • purchase drugs for unauthorized resale, diversion, sharing or distribution to another person;
  • circumvent quantity limits, refill timing, age checks, state restrictions or pharmacy safeguards; or
  • use the platform for illegal drugs, counterfeit products or any unlawful drug transaction.

Suspected fraud, diversion, unsafe ordering patterns or unlawful activity may result in order cancellation, account restrictions and, where appropriate and lawful, referral to the relevant pharmacy, prescriber, payment provider, carrier or authority.

5

Professional review and pharmacy judgment

Where required, a pharmacist, prescriber or other authorized healthcare professional may review the requested drug, prescription details, dose, treatment history, allergies, contraindications, interactions, refill timing, quantity, intended use and other relevant patient-safety information.

A healthcare professional may request additional information, recommend a different option, delay dispensing or refuse supply when doing so is reasonably necessary for safety, professional standards or legal compliance. Customer preference does not override clinical or pharmacy judgment.

6

Identity, age, patient and location verification

We or an involved pharmacy may require reasonable verification of the patient's identity, date of birth, delivery address, state of residence, contact information, authority to act for another person and other eligibility information relevant to lawful drug supply.

Verification may involve additional documentation or secure third-party checks. An order may remain on hold, require direct contact or be cancelled when information cannot be verified or does not match the prescription.

7

Prescription and prescriber verification

A prescription must be complete, current, authentic and issued in a form that can lawfully be accepted by the dispensing pharmacy. We may need an original prescription, electronic prescription, valid refill authorization, prescriber details or confirmation from the issuing practice.

Screenshots, altered files, incomplete documents or information that cannot be authenticated may be rejected. We may contact the patient, prescriber or pharmacy when clarification is required.

8

Drug quantity, refills and early refill requests

Drug quantities and refill timing are subject to the prescription, applicable law, insurer or benefit rules, pharmacy policy, stock availability and professional judgment. A previous order does not create an automatic right to another supply.

Early or unusual refill requests may require additional review. Customers should arrange ongoing prescriptions and clinical reviews before medication runs out because approval, stock and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

9

Drug safety, contraindications and interactions

Any drug can cause side effects and some medicines can interact with prescription drugs, over-the-counter products, supplements, alcohol or other substances. Customers must provide accurate information when asked about allergies, health conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, current medications and other factors relevant to safety.

  • Use a drug only for the patient for whom it was prescribed or supplied.
  • Follow the prescribed dose, timing, duration and current label directions.
  • Do not share prescription medication with another person.
  • Do not use expired, damaged, opened, contaminated or visibly altered medication.
  • Ask a licensed pharmacist or prescriber if you are unsure how to use a medication safely.
10

Generic drugs, brands, strengths and substitutions

Drug manufacturers, packaging, appearance and availability can change. Where permitted, a pharmacy may dispense an authorized generic or other lawful equivalent only when substitution is permitted and clinically appropriate.

A different strength, dosage form or drug will not be substituted merely because the requested item is unavailable. Prescriber approval or patient consent may be required depending on the change and applicable rules.

11

Prescription drug delivery and shipping requirements

Drug orders are processed for shipment only after all required payment, prescription, identity, professional, pharmacy and compliance checks are complete. Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Some medications may require tracked shipping, adult signature, identity confirmation, delivery to an approved address, temperature-controlled packaging or collection by the named patient or authorized representative. Safe-drop, forwarding or carrier redirection may be restricted for certain drug orders.

General shipping terms may also apply. See our Shipping Policy if that page is available on your website.

12

Lost, damaged, delayed or tampered drug packages

Contact us promptly if a medication parcel is missing, damaged, wet, opened, incorrectly delivered, exposed to suspected temperature problems or appears to have been tampered with. Do not use medication when product integrity is uncertain until you receive appropriate instructions.

Replacement of a prescription drug is not automatic. A new prescription, pharmacy authorization, carrier review, insurance approval or other legal requirement may be necessary before another supply can be provided.

13

Counterfeit, diverted, imported and unapproved drugs

We do not knowingly support the sale of counterfeit, diverted, illegally imported or unlawfully marketed prescription drugs. Medicines obtained from unlicensed or unverified online sources may contain the wrong ingredient, an unsafe dose, harmful contaminants or counterfeit packaging.

Customers can review consumer guidance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through FDA BeSafeRx.

Safety warning: Do not rely on unusually cheap pricing, professional-looking website design or claims of "FDA approval" as proof that an online pharmacy or medication source is legitimate.
14

Drug storage, refrigeration and safe handling

Store medication exactly as directed on the current label, carton or patient information. Some drugs require protection from heat, moisture, light or freezing, while others may require refrigeration or other temperature control.

After delivery, the customer is responsible for promptly moving the parcel into appropriate storage. Keep prescription drugs secure and away from children, pets and anyone for whom the medication was not intended.

15

Drug recalls, safety alerts and shortages

A drug may become unavailable or subject to a recall, market withdrawal, safety alert, shortage or manufacturer action. If we identify an affected order, we may use available contact details to provide instructions or coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy or supplier.

Follow official recall instructions and contact a pharmacist or prescriber if treatment may be interrupted. Do not stop an important prescribed medication solely because of a general news report unless the official notice or your healthcare professional tells you to do so.

Current U.S. information is available through the FDA's Drug Safety and Availability resources.

16

Side effects, adverse drug events and medical emergencies

Contact a licensed doctor or pharmacist if you experience an unexpected side effect, suspect a drug interaction, take the wrong dose, use the wrong medication or believe treatment is not working as expected.

For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Do not rely on email, website chat, order notes or ordinary customer service for urgent medical assistance.

Suspected adverse events and product-quality problems may also be reported to the FDA through MedWatch.

17

Drug returns, refunds and safe medication disposal

For health, tamper-evidence, storage-integrity and patient-safety reasons, prescription drugs generally cannot be returned to stock for resale after they have left pharmacy control. A change of mind, an unused supply or a customer ordering error may not qualify for return or refund after dispensing or dispatch.

Contact us promptly if the wrong medication was supplied, a product is damaged, defective, recalled, contaminated or materially different from the approved order. Keep the product, packaging, label, lot or batch information and photographs until instructions are provided.

Unwanted or expired medication should be disposed of through an appropriate medicine take-back or disposal option when available. The DEA provides information about authorized collection options through its National Prescription Drug Take Back resources.

Any refund or remedy will be handled under applicable law and our Refund Policy if that page is available on your website.

18

Prescription, health information and privacy

Drug orders may involve personal, prescription and health information. Relevant information may be collected, used or disclosed as reasonably necessary to process an order, verify a prescription, support pharmacy review, arrange delivery, respond to a safety issue, manage a recall, prevent fraud or comply with legal and professional obligations.

Information may be shared with authorized pharmacies, pharmacists, prescribers, healthcare professionals, payment providers, technology vendors, carriers, regulators or other parties when necessary and lawful. For broader data practices, see our Privacy Policy if available.

19

Right to hold, limit, refuse or cancel a drug order

A drug order may be held, limited, refused or cancelled when reasonably necessary because:

  • the prescription is missing, invalid, expired, altered, incomplete, duplicated or cannot be verified;
  • required identity, patient, prescriber, age, state or delivery information cannot be confirmed;
  • the requested drug, dose, quantity, refill timing or pattern raises a safety or diversion concern;
  • the product is out of stock, recalled, restricted, discontinued or cannot lawfully be supplied;
  • the dispensing pharmacy or healthcare professional determines that supply is not appropriate; or
  • a legal, regulatory, payment, fraud-prevention or compliance requirement prevents completion.

If an item is not supplied, any eligible payment adjustment or refund will be handled according to the payment method, applicable law and the relevant refund terms.

20

Reporting drug safety concerns or suspicious activity

Contact us if you receive a medication that appears incorrect, damaged, counterfeit, unusually packaged, improperly labeled or inconsistent with your order. Do not use a suspicious product while its identity or integrity is uncertain.

U.S. consumers can report adverse events and product problems through FDA MedWatch. Concerns about illegal online drug sales, counterfeit controlled medications or suspected diversion may also be reported through the appropriate federal, state or local authority.

21

Changes to this Drug Policy

We may update this Drug Policy to reflect changes to our products, pharmacy arrangements, technology, delivery methods, safety information, professional standards or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

This policy should be read together with other applicable website terms, including our Terms and Conditions, where available.
